Molding Dept Section I
|
We have our own tooling shop. All tooling are
being made in-house. There are 70 workers in this department. For
our company long term interest, we have started apprenticeship
program to groom subordinate.

Molding Dept Section II
|
All hardware facilities are fairly completed
in our tooling workshop such as grinding machine, wire-cut machine,
EDM, Lathing, milling.

CNC Workshop
|
In order to increase tooling precision and
shorten the tooling lead time, we have implemented the Computer
Numeric Control (CNC) machines. Prduct design is being made in
state-of-the-art software.

CNC Machine
|
There are 2 CNC machines in our workshop. The
largest one with X=1010mm. Tooling is fabricated here fully
automatic by CNC machines. A product file is being encoded into
machine language and input to the CNC machines. Then the CNC
machines will take care all the rest.

Programming Room
|
We have profession engineers to do the
progamming. Also we have used the latest computer languages such as
Pro-Engineer, Master Cam, Solid Work, UL, and Autocad ... etc.
